How it works

A background harvester tracks each connected carrier's rate-center catalog and stocks-available counts on a rolling schedule. Searches hit the cache for instant results, then fall back to live carrier APIs only when the cache is cold. If a carrier is having an outage, results from the others still come back — no spinning forever because one upstream is slow.
